the human-oriented management of era of knowledge economy

abstract: human-oriented management is the core of organizational management and developing direction in the era of knowledge-driven economy. this text proceeds from the relation of knowledge economy and the management of people, has analyzed the deficiency existing in human-oriented management of the present stage, structured and developed and looked forward to and carried on the studying of the trial to the theory of human-oriented management in the era of knowledge-driven economy finally. the aims are that these ideas can effectively lift the administration effectiveness and achieve the harmonious development between human and society.
